It was an absolute pleasure to work with Mark McDermott! Mark went above & beyond in helping us in our search for our new home. It was quite an intricate process, but Mark was amazing in helping us navigate the tedious, and at times stressful process of home buying with so many options of housing out there. He is very professional, diligent, and pays attention to the many details. He was very helpful with setting us up with a Lender, a Home Inspector, and an Attorney that he knew and highly recommended. That was a huge plus, that saved us alot of time, versus us having to look for a plethora of different people to help us throughout the whole process. He is very patient and knows how to talk to you- personable, and makes you feel at ease. He is incredibly prompt in getting back to you in a very timely fashion. Mark helped my family sell my house in Haverhill and purchase our new home in Londonderry. Buying and selling a home simultaneously can be a complicated experience, but Mark made things a lot easier with his energy and knowledge. He never failed to be available if we wanted to look at a prospective property or answer one of our many questions.
