Glass repaired twice by Safelite, original repair leaked inside car, after leak repair the entire windshield started to crack after 1 month. Went to shop to have the tech inspection and they confirmed it was a defect and will replace. Manager later refused the job and i cannot talk to a human. Never again.

The person that was sent to service my vehicle stole things from it. So if you are getting any type of service with them. Keep in mind they send thefts to provide you a services they charge for. Ask around for a better option.

Do what you say!! Never got the appointment reminder. Left car by 7:30 never an update. Picked up at 4:30, Sat and waited another hour. Couldn't calibrate, it was now to dark. Had to make another appointment to get this done. Not local for me. 35 miles every time. On top of this, 7-10 day wait to get in. Don't schedule what you can't do!! What happened to you guys? Use to be awesome.

Safelite Newburyport left my truck in an abysmal state after what was supposed to be a standard windshield replacement. Shards of broken glass and glass dust was left all over the interior of my vehicle, inside every cubby, cup holder, and console you could imagine, as well as the carpet and dashboard. The technician also gouged and scratched the grab handle by your head in addition to getting primer down the passenger side of my vehicle. He also left a bottle of glass cleaner in my vehicle. I scheduled a warranty appointment at their garage and was told by Mason at the front desk that he was the most experienced technician in that day and would take care of the issue When I returned to pick up my car, there was still glass everywhere under the seats, in the vents, and in the seat rails. The most experienced technician didnt even think to look under the seats. (Pictures from after the warranty appointment are pictures 9-12) I will say that the manager Jay who I spoke with was very apologetic and polite, and that was the only positive experience I had with this visit. There is an incredible issue with training and attention to detail at this safelite location. I highly recommend nobody take their vehicle here. Take the time to look elsewhere.

Good experience here. Helpful in getting our windshield replaced and the ongoing fight to have the plastic piece under it stay put. Kept our car clean when we got it back too.
