My husband and I had first completed our will when our kids were young. They are now in their thirties. We decided we couldnt put this off any longer after a few lifetime events that happened in our lives. We had never completed Health Proxys either.
This could have been a very stressful ordeal, but Brandon Campbell could not have made updating our will any easier for us. He has been great to work with and we both appreciate all of the help, time, advice and kindness he has provided us. He gave us many options to help pointing us in the correct direction for us. He wanted us to choose our best option.
Brandon started our first introduction with a choice of a phone call, zoom meeting or an in-person meeting. We were a bit apprehensive at first, so we first talked by phone. After talking we agreed to meet in person. He followed up by giving us a video, followed by some homework. He then sent a few other videos in between meetings so we werent completely overwhelmed. Baby steps. The videos let us know what to expect. Each meeting covered something different.
He answered all the questions in detail that we had, and there were a lot of questions. Everything was in detail and was so organized. We now have a hard copy of everything and is also available online on his website. To keep all the documents organized at home, we were provided with a big 3-ring binder of all our copies, folders, pens, bookbag. We also were giving the option of doing a legacy interview, which we chose to do.
With his step-by-step process and guidance, his help allowed us to get all our ducks in a row.
As you can tell we were very pleased with Brandon and appreciated immensely his service and his availability right from our first phone call. We definitely recommend Branson Campbell for his legal services. In fact, after we completed our last meeting, he sent us a Thank You can of delicious popcorn. We should have been the ones to send him Popcorn!
