        Beautiful room, friendly helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. We went to the cupola which gives you a 360 degree view of the city.

        Spent a few days in Newburyport recently. The Compass Rose Inn is situated in the heart of town allowing you to park and walk to many stores and restaurants during your stay. So many nice places to dine within walking distance. Quiet, large rooms, excellent breakfast and well maintained. The innkeeper Kim was friendly, helpful and and accommodating . She is a great asset to this establishment. This is a great place to stay if you travel to that area of MA. Rooms: Large, quiet, well maintained. Walkability: Easy walk to restaurants and stores.

        Great place for a quiet stay! Close to everything. Incredibly comfortable. (We were surprised by the heated towel bars.) Run by a nice couple who serve fantastic coffee and breakfast. We will visit again!
