Giving me a totally different haircut made me feel like I was ugly, and the cut was a total different hair style and the lady was making jokes before i evan sat down and these jokes weren't nice or funny ruined my day and I wish she could give me a wig it was that bad

So my family has come to this business for years and unfortunately they have steadily declined in service. My last appointment took the cake though. I wanted an auburn copper hair and not only did they dye my hair horribly discolored with bright pink orange on top and splotches of neon orange and brown on the side, they also cut my hair extremely choppy so I am actually missing chunks of hair. They charged me hundreds of dollars for destroying my hair. I went back to have my hair fixed and they tried to cover themselves by blaming me for the issues saying I shouldnt use box dye when the real issue is if you dont know how to properly color and cut a persons hair you shouldnt do it in the first place. I will never be back to this establishment nor will my mother and family.
