        We had an unfortunate experience with the service of our furnace after the coastal flooding in the beginning of January '24. I realize that lots of people were out of heat, and it was probably a stressful time to be an oil company, however, we went over a week with no heat during the coldest week of the year. A service tech would arrive with a replacement part, it would not solve the problem, and they would have to overnight a different part that was supposed to fix the problem. Well, after this same story and run around, over and over all week long, we decided that 8 days of being displaced and running space heaters to prevent our pipes from freezing was enough. We called another company who was able to fix the problem in 2.5 hours, and had all the necessary parts available right in his van. I'm going to give Lombardi the benefit of the doubt, as I know they have recently gone through some ownership changes, and my intentions are not to slander, but for what it cost me to have them ultimately not fix my heat and to run space heaters for a week, I am very disappointed in the service we were given.

        30 + years Auto delivery service with Lombardi..Today 1/7/24 during snow storm I saw the thermostat temp going down..checked the furnace..not working..Oil tank is empty..what happened? Hoping the pipes don't freeze tonite.
