Bad customer service at this location!! And food does not come fresh and hot. Jessica Raposo took my order and she was very pushy when order with replies like yup anything else youre holding up my line. if you are going to work in customer service dont have an attitude with your customers when they are indecisive on what they want to eat. And on top of it all I ordered 2 meals and get 1 sweet and sour sauce, i questioned her and she simply said i have to charge you. Fairhaven is better all the way around. Thanks to Ms. Raposo you lost a customer.

My WHOLE order was wrong. I ordered chicken fries and got cold chicken nuggets. We also ordered a whopper only ketchup and cheese and it had everything on it. This isnt the first time. The food isnt fresh at all either. The chicken nuggets taste like they been sitting since yesterday. P.S it shouldnt cost more for extra sauce when I shouldnt need extra if my food wasnt so bad.

Lunchtime service is a bit crazy but good service all the time. Great food on prices. App deals or make coupons are a plus! Parking: There are lots of spaces right beside the building. Kid-friendliness: BK crowns for kids to wear. Kids meals. Great atmosphere for families. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out. No electric doors, though. Not a plus for handicapped.
