        Steve Ferreira was who I had to use due to my X and I couldnt agree on anything. Steve didnt keep me informed of anything, was heard telling a couple that came to see my house that it needed A lot of work , as my agent I thought his loyalty was with us. Steve totally took advantage of being court appointed and let my house sell $50,000 under all to make a quick sale. I asked him for paperwork, he is just a shady man, Id stay clear of him. No values

        Steve Ferreira was who was assigned to us in the sale of our Somerset home.  Trust me we NEVER would have chosen that little weasel.  He did not have our best interest at all, was condescending and just spiteful.  Stay away from this little man
