Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

This is our second time using Roto-Rooter and we would definitely recommend them once again! We called around 5:30pm on a Thursday night for and had service just one hour later! Our service technician, Ron, was friendly and professional! In less than an hour he had our issue completely resolved! Absolutely recommend and will definitely call them should plumbing issues ever arise again!!! Thank you!!!

Ralph was AMAZING!!! I was so stressed about my drain and he made the experience so great and swift. Not only was he professional but he was humorous and more than pleasant. Would definitely go back!

The call ctr said someone would come earlier, but no one was available until 3:40. Ron did a good job clear Ing out the kitchen sink clog & didn't leave a big mess.

We were very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and service provided by our technician, Ralph, who arrived within 1 hour of reporting the issue on a Friday evening. Not only did he quickly and accurately identify the problem, he also informed us of a current promotion we could use to reduce our cost. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured to go with the service, but we decided it was the best choice at the time, and don't regret our decision. After completing his work, Ralph took his time to ensure everything was secure and working properly with no leaks. He then answered all the questions we had and went over how to use the Roto-Rooter Pipe Shield maintenance treatment that was provided. The 6 month guarantee provides additional peace of mind. Overall, we're very pleased with the service we received and highly recommend Roto-Rooter!
