just quit this shitty company , you got a guy named Steve that is a 2 face dumb shmuck , that employs thieves and people coming into work all doped up and high off there ass coping nods . under payed and they don't give two shits about your property , they will smash all your important stuff not caring and will open all your boxes and steal your jewelry and personal belongings , some of their names are Hiram , Jose , Steven, watch out!!!!

Moved my things, broke my 400$ Disney snow globe along with another and a few other things. Hasn't answered me to replace my items. Did not pack and move ALL of my things to the point I filed small claims to replace my items. If I could give negative stars, I would. Please do not use this company. They're very unprofessional.

Horrible they took my nieces jewelry that was left to her from her mother my sis who got murdered and killed her gecko in front her and gave wrong address where business located also took her iPad and my nephew stuff to including video game systems don't return phone calls and won't return any of it even after I offered to pay for it especially wrong they took my niece jewelry left from her mom who passed away and killed her pet in front of her they should b Ashamed

Can not assist you if shipping company dumps items that are not yours; you must store or remove all items a shipping company operating on your behalf leaves items behind whether or not they are yours. Ran into this issue, and though the staff was sympathetic and as helpful as they could be, there was nothing they could do
