thanks to this place and SOME of the amazing staff who was always there for me thru the hardest time of my life i can say im 149 days (4 months ) sober if ur thinking twice about going DONT get in there do something for urself and get clean!

Staff has so much info about aftercare. They work hard bc they care, meals were amazing The building is old not comfortable but the professionalism of the staff makes up for it.Thank You Women & men @ WATC

DO NOT ALLOW ANY ONE YOU CARE ABOUT GO HERE VOLUNTARILY OR SECTIONED!!! My niece has been missing since 10/17/22 from this place and they DID NOT CONTACT THE POLICE LIKE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO!!! Almost a week later and still cant find my niece

I can say Im still clean because I want to be clean no thanks to this place. I was here voluntarily, not sectioned like most of the women. While I was there my cigarettes were stolen by the night staff and after bringing it to their attention I was called a rat by the staff member that took them. My gift cards were stolen out of my wallet that was locked up and also my money that was documented I did indeed have money when I arrived and again, was supposed to go into lock up. There was only one group the entire time I was there and very unsanitary. The worst part was people are there getting help and staff steals from them? Most women in there have nothing and your going to kick them while their already down. Taking what little someone already has. Oh yes, Marquel not sure if he still works there (he was a STAFF NEMBER!!!) was hooking up with my one of my roommates. People are here for help. Get it together people. Shame on this place and the staff that shook there heads when I said this place needs to be run better. Also no call back from the directed- Aiden when trying to get a completion letter. Ive have never been in a worse program, thank God I truly want to be happy and sober or these events could have triggered me to use again

This was my first experience with any type of treatment. I was not happy being shackled and thrown in back of paddy wagon to get there. I was sliding all over. The building is definitely old. Run down. Its not meant to be 4 star hotel. The best part of the treatment was the clinicians. I was lucky to get a great therapist after detox. Most of the staff was ok. Some were great. Others on power trip. The women I met in treatment were very diverse. Young old. All ages. All with different stories. There was some drama but I stayed clear. The food was ok. Again not 4 star hotel. The staff worked hard in kitchen. They fed you huge portions. I gained 7 lbs. the nursing staff was good also. You just have to wait your turn. The best part was they allow you fresh air and smoke break 7 x a day. For cigarette fiends this was really helpful. All in all I learned a lot and will not be touching street drugs again.
