      image I live on Shell Street located west of Brock Avenue and near the southern end of Clark's point....For over 30 years since I've been here the electrical power outages are more frequent in THIS area with high winds. Most
      parts of the south end of New Bedford are not effected during most wind storms. What is going on? Fix this one area for good!!!!!!! We are sick of it!!!
