Dr. El Ghadi and Dr. Buterra are great dentists, but the receptionists in the New Bedford office are rude. I found myself switching to another dentist because I could not stand being talked down to or berated any longer. Cheryl and Fran are incredibly ill-mannered and have no tolerance for patients with anxiety or questions. When I found another dentist, they even refused to send my x-rays and files over! It was always difficult to find an appt. time that worked for me since I worked 2 jobs at the time and Cheryl would huff and puff saying she had other clients on the line-- as if she could not be bothered!!!!Needless to say, I stopped spending hundreds of dollars here because of Dr. El Ghadi's terrible receptionists.
