        We are extremely happy with our Comfortbilt Pellet Stove that we purchased and had installed by Mr. Chimney. From the first phone call with Arianna, she made the whole process easy and with no stress. Arianna kept in constant contact with us. Aidan and Silas were very professional from the moment they arrived. They were good problem solvers during the installation. They did a great job of cleaning the chimney and also cleaning up after themselves. Aidan gave us good instructions on how to use the stove and answered all our questions. We will be hiring Mr. Chimney to do our yearly cleaning and maintenance. We highly recommend Mr. Chimney. Anne and Mike Murphy

        2 technicians came out to clean fireplace chimney this winter. They were very professional, polite and did a great job. They also ordered parts to fix a broken damper. Another tech came out to repair the damper. He was also polite and professional. Every one of the technicians were extremely knowledgeable and had my fireplace up and running in no time.

        We had a wood stove unable to use because the orginal flu liner rusted. Andy spent time with us to review the current setup and explained what we needed after I told him our concerns, ie: heat escaping up the chimney in which he installed a new chimney cap (ours was only covering one flu) And he installed a fireproof barrier because we do not have a typical fireplace with a damper installed. The work was done professionally, timely and very cognizant about keeping the area clean. thank you for your professionalism and knowledge. I'm so glad someone recommended Mr Chimney.

        These folks are the best. They have completed work for me from a simple cleaning to a roof line up reconstruction of my chimney. In all cases they are courteous, prompt reasonable priced and clean. Great family business that really cares about their customers and the relationships.
