Since Google simply refuses to remove the negative reviews about me, I would like to exercise the right to respond to negative reviews directly stating my name and expect they not be removed in the same capacity. People strive to slander the good names of anyone on the internet, and its not right. If you work for High Point Treatment Center, youre working for a great organization, and will get out of it exactly what you put into it. We recognize and sincerely appreciate all of our staff, and if someones work is not up to par, we make attempts to correct it. We serve populations of people struggling with addictions. We do our absolute best to manage the patients at all of our inpatient and outpatient programs with the same care, ethics, and hard work that we ourselves would want if we entered treatment. If you have true concerns, trashing someones name on Google isnt doing anything other than displaying your ugliness as a past employee who just wants to seek revenge on a former employer. Any Program Director at any facility knows that their position is 24-7, and we love the busy days and high speed of the job. That being said, you cant please everyone, and thats how these reviews result in being written. Just as our patients learn from each of their relapses, our former employees need to learn from their past terminations and try to do better moving forward.

High Point Treatment Center is the worst place to go for those struggling with their recovery and those looking to help those in recovery. As someone whos been in this field for some time- the Brockton C.S.S Unit run by Brooke is by far one of the most dysfunctional, unprofessional units I have ever had the displeasure to witness. Brooke likes to thrive on drama in the work place and rather than run her Unit efficiently with a positive atmosphere with the idea that the staff employed are one unified team, she chooses to encourage work rats such as Nancy and Caroline to snitch on fellow staff and get others in trouble rather than work together as a team to benefit the individuals they are employed to serve. Brooke likes to promote staff such as Unit Director 4 Lauren whos previous career was in baked goods and her decisions as a Unit Director show why she shouldve remained in the bakery business. Clients placed on quarantine for COVID Positive Test Results are left in quarantine and not given definitive timeframe by Nursing on their release from quarantine. Brooke and her Unit Directors are well aware of staff bringing in contraband into the units and continue to allow it to go on which places not only the facility staff at risk, but also the clients there trying to get better. This administration has no business working in a treatment facility, much less running one.
