        There are two receptionists and all the pre screen including insurances being entered by the patients. The system is not user friendly. Receptionists lack customer service skills. The medical tech told me it is her first day there and she was very nervous. The NP was professional.

        i work with children and had a possibility of having strep. i couldnt be scene because they dont take cash without credit card on file, it just doesnt make sense. i went to another urgent care and they took cash without needing a card on file.
