        Highway robbery. Ill take some blame for not researching overall snaps, BUT I needed a snap attached to a pair of toddler overalls and a seamstress directed me to a shoe repair.was told they had a special instrument.turns out all you do is snap the 2 pieces together.with your fingers!!! It took 2-3 seconds.I verbalized that I could do it , but he snapped them together and charged me $ 10.00I wont be back and neither will my friends
