Nice area and place friendly staff. The bad review was posted by a person who claims to never leave bad reviews. Umm your history has three awful reviews and one positive. Looks like you are full of baloney!

Dr. Patel is the best. I've been with him over 20 years.

I have zero understanding of how anyone could have a negative experience here unless it was a misunderstanding or a personal problem on their part. I've been a patient of Dr Feuer's since 2008, after being diagnosed with Lupus SLE in 2006. I initially saw a head of rheumatology at a local hospital but after a couple bad experiences I sought another doctor and had the good fortune to find Dr Feuer and her fantastic staff. These amazing women have become almost like old friends if not family to me over the last 13 years, they have been with me through the birthes of 2 children, the untimely and unexpected loss of my young husband and encouraged and pushed me forward when I put myself through nursing school as a young widow. I have stayed in this practice as a cash patient because she is not in network with my insurance but as anyone with not one but two chronic illnesses will tell you, a good rheumatologist and their staff are worth their weight in gold-I could never say enough thank you's to her, Denise, Lynne, Chris, etc...

Update: 9 months later, I just got a letter from a debt collector over a fabricated charge from them. They charged me for an extended visit after the doctor was 20 minutes late coming in, and left partway through for 40 minutes for yet another non-emergency phone call. I saw her for a total of 10 minutes that day. After a call, they told me that billing had been resolved and I would only be charged for a standard visit (shouldn't have even paid for that, she gave me advice that put me in the ER from a seizure). Surprise surprise, they sent it to debt collectors behind my back even though I paid the standard visit fee on that initial phone call. These people can rot. I could write an essay about how awful this place is. First off, I was prescribed medications directly in conflict with my condition and needs. I said I needed an appetite and mood neutral med, and not only was the one Dr Feuer chose neither of those, she didn't bother to mention it. I had suggested another that I'd had success on but didn't have someone to fill the script, but she dismissed it, citing side effects that I later researched and couldn't find any mention of. She also would leave the room mid sentence to take non-emergency calls and do 'diagnostic' prodding to check for pain without telling me what she was looking for and thus misdiagnosed me(surprisingly, people with chronic pain don't always react when they are hurting!). She had never heard of the well established research and treatments for my conditions that I brought up, despite coming from numerous large medical journals, despite claiming to be an expert on the condition. She left me feeling so angry and hopeless for my future I considered ending my life. Compared to that mess, the complaints about the other staff are much less important. Still, sitting in a waiting room for 20 minutes past your appointment time while listening to shrill secretaries shrieking about reality shows doesn't put you in a good mood. I also had the worst blood draw of my life by the rudest and most sadistic nurse I've ever encountered who glared at me the whole time. I had a bruise from a tiny butterfly needle taking one small vial of blood for a week and a half. When I mentioned it to the doctors, they brushed it off and laughed. I also was never contacted about the results of the test, despite being told I would hear from them in a week or so. I'm completely appalled by the level of unprofessional behavior and ignorance by the entire staff, with the exception of one very sweet nurse. Originally posted on yelp, Im not the kind of person to actively spread negative reviews usually but this is absurd
