I recently stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Needham, and it was a fantastic experience. From the spacious rooms to the attentive staff, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided made my weekend getaway truly memorable. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the Boston area. Amazing place!

BEWARE. You'll get surcharged a $10 parking fee, which is not included in your invoice. This is unprincipled. This is not an inner-city other-agency lot. Should we also pay a fee for any recycling bins on the property? Or a bathroom charge in the dining area? Or a rental fee for using the luggage carrier? Shame on your Marriott for scrounging nickles and dimes/ 5's and 10's. Noteworthy details: See above, concerning corporate malpractice.

****this is not at fault of the front end staff. The front desk gentleman is awesome. My complaint is strictly directed toward the general manager, Jeff terwilliger. All bucks stop with the management, always. *** I'll be honest. This is one of the dirtiest hotels I've been in for a while. House keeping needs improvement. The elevators smell terrible and the stainless steel is nasty. And the whole place just smells bad. Oh and my company picked this place because it advertised an on site bar. Well it's closed permanently of cording to front desk. I kind of don't want my company to pay for this. I work in the AV business and have stayed at hundreds of hotels over the last few years. This is by far one of the most dirty hotels I have ever come across. But they they charge my company over $300 a night. I reached out to my travel department to tell them not to pay the full bill, it was that bad. I I'm tracking garbage in the hallway. Has not been picked up in almost 48 hours now. Further follow up. Just went to walk downstairs and there was a guy mostly naked hanging out in the stairwell..... SECURITY!! Further follow up.. Water is disconnected tomorrow. Take your shower during our time.
