        Called ahead to see what Klein tools they had in stock, specifically looking for a borescope and cable bit. The person who answered the phone was great, took the time to double check stock, let me know they didn't have the Klein bit, but did have an option from Milwaukee. Gave me quick pricing over the phone, both reasonable and in line with options at the big box. I came by a bit later to get the items, he had them ready to go. We reviewed the borescope option and tested it out to make sure it did what I needed. Easy conversation and good selection of options! Thanks so much and I will be back.

        called steve on tuesday for A/C pull out in stock non fused left my # never called me back went by hour later 3 guys behind counter one guy outside never acknowledged i was in the store after 10 min. went across the street.Fyi not impressed.
