Horrible!! If you want to lose thousands of dollars in medical billing then use this company. They will submit inaccurate insurance claims, not fix them and then you are unable to resubmit the claims due to untimely billing. They will bill you for work not performed and will not provide a clear explanation of the work they claimed to have done for you. Medical practitioners and mental health practitioners should avoid this company at ALL COSTS! I'm still trying to recover from all of the damage they did to my business and I lost thousands of dollars which the insurance companies will never reimburse. They will give you excuse after excuse and even ignore you but still bill you for services that they claimed to have rendered. PMR needs to be out of business and I will do everything possible to make that happen. I do not want another medical/mental health provider to experience what I experienced from this company. I am lucky to still be in business, I had to take out loans to pay my bills and it was a nightmare!
