        Bad and noisy residents I hear noises in the upstairs apartment all night and get worse around 3:00 am every dayIt only cared about filling up all units with no criteria whatsoever. Nobody respects anything.

        Hamilton Highlands has the worst maintenance of any apartment building I have ever lived in. It took over 8 months to fix a closet light and 2 months to fix a broken fridge handle after submitting over 5 service requests and calling the supervisor multiple times every month. This company really does not care at all about its tenants. There is 0 maintenance that takes place in any of the apartments. Everything breaks and nobody cares enough to come by and fix them in a reasonable amount of time. For the amount of money we pay I am embarrassed to live here.

        Hamilton Highlands located in Needham Heights is nothing more than an inner-city tenement w/slum-like conditions for which you pay high Needham places. Management is unresponsive and takes months to reply - if at all. I do not recommend living there. There is also a troubling problem with mice infestation. They have to be constantly supervised by the Needham Board of Health - and even then they are generally not in compliance with Mass Health and Safety Codes. It is cheaper for them to pay the fines levied against them that a fix the problem. It simply is not a safe place to live. The Hamilton Company is well-known throughout the area as the very definition of slum-lord and has been so for many years now. Rent there at your peril.

      Hi Yuley, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing this noise issue with your neighbors. This is the first time we have received any notice about noise complaints with your neighbors and this was not something you reported to us when we spoke on the phone this morning regarding your lease renewal. In order for us to properly address things like this, it is important that we are notified directly. I assure you that the comfort and enjoyment of our residences is important to us and we want to make sure all residents feel respected. All tenants complete the same application, are screened, and must all meet the same criteria for approval qualification, which is a process we take seriously. I will be reaching out to your upstairs neighbors to address the noise complaints and resolve this issue internally, however, we also advise that you report disturbance calls to the local authorities so they can help to mitigate these issues as well. Upon move-out from your unit, we did renovate the unit completely and found no pest issues.
