        I never write reviews but I just need to say that the staff there are always so cool and helpful. The energy in the store is always very welcoming despite how intimidating it looks. Its always such a positive experience when I go there and its definitely my favorite store in the Natick mall. I highly recommend it

        I'm never shopping at a Spencer's again.All I ordered was a Napoleon Dynamite Costume that was unopened, under 30 days, and I had the receipt.I tried returning it both to Spirit Halloween and Spencer's and they both denied my return. In addition, I called their customer service line and the rep on the phone told me the information I received was incorrect and they should've accepted it. The rep on the phone was of no help and said I could pay AGAIN for shipping to return it but I don't see the point in paying $16 dollars in shipping all together for a $25 dollar costume?You're better off buying from a company that will give you a return label.
