I have used Lacerra Plumbing (which is owned and operated by Chris Lacerra) for almost a decade and they always come through. You'd think with the high quality of service and industry know how Chris would charge a fortune but he has always been very fair with his pricing, kind with attention to detail, and a real hard worker whether commercial or residential projects. Ive done a lot of home improvement projects over the years, and it usually works out well. A few years ago, I decided to remodel my upstairs bathroom by converting the tub into a shower, and things were going well until I accidentally locked the spindle in the shower valve. Doesnt sound like a big deal, but it required I completely cut out most of the existing plumbing. When I was purchasing parts in a plumbing supply shop Natick to do the repair, Chris overheard me talking to the owner of the store. Chris offered to come by and take a look at the mess I created, and in less than an hour he completely rebuilt all of the plumbing and anchored all of the 3/8 inch piping to the side joists so I wouldnt have any problems down the road. My friends dad was a plumber when I was growing up, and I spent a few summers working with him, so I know a good plumber when I see one. Ive used Chris multiple times since then, even for jobs I could do myself, but I know Chris will do it better and for a really reasonable price. Hes also just a nice guy, which is also a bonus. I've attached the before and after pics of the job and whoever rebuilt the bathroom 20 years ago didn't add a vapor barrier so all of the joists were rotted. That's the mess Chris walked into and repaired so quickly. My wife was really glad Chris was at the plumbing store that day (as was I)!
