Optica

I drove 30 minutes to Natick today to visit this store to see their frames. I had trouble finding it, so I called and verified the address. The man who answered my call asked me if I had an appointment. When I answered no, he told me not to come because it is by appointment only and he had a customer coming in soon. There is no place on their website that states by appointment only, and he didnt offer me one. Needless to say, I wont be going there.

I cant say enough good things about this place! Susan couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating when my daughter needed a pair of glasses. Then later when I had some questions and needed her assistance, she couldnt have been kinder or more responsive in helping me. This is a top notch place with extremely competent, kind people running it. Highly recommend Optica.

We happened by Optica today and saw the sign on the door stating that an appointment is required. While I was snapping a photo of the sign (so we could call and make an appointment) Susan noticed us outside and welcomed us in, as she had a few minutes till her next customer was due. She was very kind and professional while helping us research and find frames, and at no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. I'd recommend her wide selection of frames and her helpful attitude to anyone looking for that next pair of glasses. (Call for an appointment, though -- we will!)
