It's a great place. Loved the facial. They also do a Himalayan salt stone massage.

I went in for a facial and was so impressed! From the moment you step into the spa you relax. The ambiance is lovely! My esthetician was Stephanie. I mentioned some concerns and felt like she really listened. She proceeded to help me relax and enjoy the best facial I've ever had! The office staff was so kind and courteous! I will definitely be back!

When I arrived a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment, I was greeted by a woman at the front desk who seemed uncertain about the check-in process. Consequently, I was asked to wait until another staff member arrived. Eventually, a different individual appeared and went through the standard spiel about the room's sound system, comfort, and the emergency button. Prior to my visit, a few friends who had been to this location warned me about Alexa, advising me to avoid her as a masseuse. With this in mind, I politely inquired if there was an alternative therapist available, but I was informed that they were fully booked. Three minutes past my appointment time, Alexa finally arrived to fetch me. Surprisingly, she left the room for about seven minutes while I changed, despite me mentioning that I only needed to remove my joggers and unzip my sweater. As I sat under the covers, waiting for her return, I realized I had no means of signaling my readiness, resulting in a delay that ate into my actual massage time. To make matters worse, the room was uncomfortably cold, and Alexa regretfully informed me that the Himalayan salt stone massage I had specifically requested was unavailable because she couldn't figure out how to use the Himalayan stones. When I suggested retrieving another set of stones from a different room, she dismissively stated that it wasn't possible. Consequently, I reluctantly had to settle for a service I never desired in the first place. Once the massage finally commenced, I had to request more pressure from Alexa since she seemed to be merely patting my body instead of providing a proper massage. The experience was far from relaxing, and it certainly didn't resemble the combination of Swedish massage and stone massage that I was promised when I made the appointment. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that Alexa had nails that appeared bitten, causing them to be sharp and scratchy against my skin. This further contributed to my discomfort, particularly when she positioned herself behind my head to massage my neck. To make matters worse, she had severe halitosis, which persisted for a significant portion of the session, rendering the experience thoroughly unenjoyable. Once the massage finally concluded, I promptly shared my disappointing experience with the woman at the front desk. To my dismay, she displayed minimal concern and simply suggested that I try a different therapist next time. I expressed my disappointment, emphasizing that I had specifically booked this massage as a treat for my birthday. Instead of feeling relaxed, I found myself increasingly stressed and in pain due to the scratching sensation caused by Alexa's nails. The entire experience fell short of my expectations, leaving me dissatisfied and unable to derive any enjoyment. I explained to the receptionist that this was precisely why I had requested an alternative therapist. However, she casually responded by suggesting that I consider purchasing a massage from someone else in the future, showing little empathy or understanding of my situation. Feeling disheartened, I informed the receptionist that I highly doubted I would return after such a distressing experience. I expressed my belief that, as a new or re-opening business, it was inappropriate to advertise a service and then fail to provide it as requested, such as the unavailability of the Himalayan salt stone massage. The receptionist's continued lack of empathy only served to deepen my disappointment and frustration. As I left the premises, my spirits were low, and my expectations had been shattered. Reflecting on this disheartening encounter, I couldn't help but ponder the significance of excellent customer care and its impact on a business's reputation. For a new or re-opening establishment, building trust and establishing a strong presence in the community is crucial. Central to this is the ability to deliver on promises, prioritize customer satisfaction, and provide a truly exceptional experience.
