        I got here at 6:28 and the doors were closed.. I spent a lot of money on my wife's Christmas gift here and they couldn't exchange it because the doors were closed a few minutes early. I wasted a 45 minute drive to get here for them to just say no. I'm highly disappointed and will make sure to tell everyone I know of the lack of customer service here at the Natick Mall location.

        If I could leave less than a one star I would.. After purchasing what I thought was a cute ring and paying 1K.. it actually fell apart less than a year later. When I took it in they quoted me nearly half of what I paid to have what is clearly poorly made and their fault. It is a clear break.. honestly just a terrible experience overall.
