We were looking for a sofa and visited numerous furniture store. We didn't see anything we liked at any of the stores we visited until we stopped into Boston Interiors! The sales person was great and very patient with us (my wife is hard to please!)We picked out a sofa but due to stupid Covid it would be 9 months to come in! We'll we just got the sofa delivered and could not be happier! The sofa tied the room together and sits great! So comfortable and solidly made!Great store! GreAt experience!

I bought a floor lamp back in Dec 21 2021. But I NEVER receive it until NOW Dec 27 2022!! I understand sometimes things go crazy and products cannot be delivered on time. But I did not receive a single word from the store to inform me of the delay nor any kind of communication to help me keep track of my order even though they have my phone number and email address on file. They just pretend this order never exist and pocket the money. This is just ridiculous, untrustworthy, disappointing and unprofessional.
