        They hardly answer calls, have all of these phone numbers, and nobody picks up. VHR's get inconsistent communication when they really need help. The way this business is being run is horrible.

        Communication and training is a joke. They don't consistently apply "policies" and are impossible to get a hold of when you need urgent help with a problem, like them trying to short your paycheck.

        Biggest joke of a company. They cant survive in publishing so they do random government contracts, very badly as well. Receptionist is the rudest woman you will ever meet. Worked here for a couple months.
