Worst customer service! They were very childish and were talking bad about me as if I wasnt there. I felt very uncomfortable in that environment. The staff were very unprofessional. Do better!!!

Ive been shopping at Laced for years and they have quickly become my favorite place to shop due to the exclusivity of quality brands they offer at fair prices. The owner is super childish and doesnt actually address genuine concerns he only makes up excuses. Its sad. Went in about almost 2 months ago and was treated like I wasnt good enough to shop in the store, literally no one even came to help me. And when Id ask a question Id be given one worded short answers and the employees would go back to talking to one another or being in their phones. I wanted to file a complaint but then I seen how the owner spoke to others who also voiced their concerns and was so disappointed because I knew my issues wouldnt even matter at that point. Theres other resellers with way better service and prices.

Three years of Christmas shopping at Copley and the last one at this location for my kids and nieces and nephews. Always authentic and the one return I needed to make they did it with a smile. Owner called me personally to make sure rot went smoothly.
