I appreciated the efficiency with which they work, as they divided activities and completed the job quickly. They took the time to explain the causes of issues and detailed how suggested repairs would solve problems. RonJon Chimney Sweepers services were quite a surprise to me and reasonably priced. From the first contact with Ron I knew he was the right person to repair, clean and inspect the chimney after years of neglect and procrastination. Ron explained in detail his concerns and the best solutions repair it. He went above and beyond my expectations. You just know when you have contacted the right person for the job. I would have liked to be a customer. However when we saw them parked at a neighborhood and approached them about services and timeline, we were met by poor customer service and poor attitude which was uncalled for. Customer service says a lot about a business and given the individual's lack of professionalism, we didn't feel confident they'd be a good fit. Maybe business is too good they don't need more customers, however it was still uncalled behavior.
