My husband and I booked this hotel for our 5th anniversary in September of 2023. Unfortunately, Hurricane Lee caused our flight to be cancelled, and I contacted the hotel several days in advance to work with them on cancelling or rebooking our stay since we had no way of reaching Nantucket anymore. They completely ignored my several requests and ultimately charged us full price ($2000!!!).
I always book 5-star hotels for the exceptional customer service, and Blue Iris did not deliver whatsoever. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Nice clean space, location is close to town and restaurants.
Rooms: room was nice, clean and roomy enough, bathroom was a good size with a nice shower.
Nearby activities: right in town with lots to do with in walking or biking distance.
Walkability: right in town, easy to get around.
Food & drinks: did not seem to have any food or beverage on site. for a bed and breakfast that did not serve any food or drinks I thought was a little odd. not even breakfast. but a short walk or bike ride to find food and drinks is not a big deal.
