Hello Mr Miller, there may be a misunderstanding here, as we never had you in our Office before.

Hello Seth, we are very sorry for seeing you this upset. We try our best to accommodate as many patients as possible, especially when it comes to dental emergencies. However, there is a limitation in how many patients the doctor can see per day. The doctor has been doing extra-hours every day to try to accommodate all the emergencies during this busy summer. Every and each appointment need a specific timeframe to perform the required procedure in a quality manner that the patient deserves. We do support our year-round community in several ways that you don't even realize. Unfortunately, you were never seen by us before, therefore you don't know us enough to understand that our policy is to provide the best dental care possible to our community. And that's the reason for such a busy schedule. Yes, we are booking new patients in months, and in my understanding, that reflects that we are providing the service we proposed to, with the high quality that we proposed to. I only wish you didn't have to go off island to have the care you need, and if you knew us a little better, you'd know how much we try to avoid this! I am sorry that we were not able to help you today, and I hope to be able to help you in the future, may you ever need our services again. Wish you all the best!
