Brian is the best realtor in the business. He helped us secure our dream home in an extremely competitive market by thoughtfully engaging with the seller to ensure our bid was competitive yet reasonable. He was there every step of the way on the sale of our home from staging, touch ups (he has a full rolodex of handymen, landscapers, painters), and answered every text/call immediately with any questions we had. His marketing efforts were a huge differentiator as well, he was able to bring almost 100 people through our home, get multiple offers and sell our home for over $200k above ask price. Home buying and selling is an emotional experience but Brian really made it as smooth and seamless as possible by being there every step of the way, having our best interest in mind, and helping us achieve our goal.
