I am Second in line for ten minutes while a man is being served at the front of the line who apparently is filling out forms and needs all kinds of help. There are now six of us on line with packages to send. This is outrageous.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a post office in the United States.

If zero stars could be given I would. Employee questioned address I kept telling him I have used it before. I said to ask a supervisor to check if not sure. Supervisor without hearing me with hands on his hip, staring away, waving his hands saying "whatever he said is correct, he knows his job." I was NOT questioning first man's ability to do his job, supervisor treated me like I am ignorant. When I said I want to explain, supervisor said," go ahead if you want to take 4 hours if you want." Supervisor is ignorant. I don't think he would of spoken to me that way if my husband was there. I work in customer service in more difficult environment then him. If I spoke to customer that way I would of been suspended and need my union to defend me. Sadly I don't think this site really cares.
