        They came highly recommended and initial contact was positive. However, after discussing the needs of my business with Mark, I was ghosted. I sent multiple follow up messages asking for the quotes, and then asked him to let me know even if he was not able to move forward, and then gave him the courtesy of informing him that I was reaching out to him one final time. No response. If you choose to try to quote with Sullivan, I recommend quoting with other agencies as well. Sullivans practice of ghosting potential clients cost my business valuable time and money I could have been saving with a different insurance carrier. It has real consequences.
