Went in for inspection. My car didnt pass, and it would be too costly to fix all the issues. However, Gil offered interesting alternatives and good advice that one can trust. Highly recommend.

Have been taking my 2 vehicles there for a couple of years. Always many delays with excuses for simple work. Picked up my Range Rover after being there 5 weeks for break lines and darn near killed myself and someone else when breaks didn't work. Took to another shop who put car on a lift to find out that the break lies hadn't been touched! In fact, looking at 6 or 7 of my past receipts, many, many, many services and parts I had paid for had also not been done. Parts listed as 'New" were original parts spray painted to look new. Services charged for had not been done, or not performed as stated, billed and paid for. When confronted, the owner of AutoHaus finally admitted to not doing the work and agreed to pay new shop to do it- later recanted saying it was too much money. I had to pay another $2600 for the work I had already paid Auto AutoHaus for. New mechanic shop took video to document the situation and estimate that $8000-$10,000 had been fraudulently taken from me by this place. Not to mention the disregard for my or others' safety. Police report filed. Consumer complaint filed w/Attorney General's Office, request for criminal investigation pending and complaint filed with BBB.

I stopped by to have my inspection done. the car was rejected and the mechanic told me, ' The brakes and struts are in bad shape. The car id dangerous to drive." He followed up with, "I can fix it for you today." I was a bit suspicious so later in the day took it to my mechanic who I've been working with for 30 years. Their pronouncement - the guy was fiull of S. Only the brakes needed replacing. This is a roughly 700.00 difference. People be careful who you listen to.
