I can't thank Jennifer enough for the outstanding effort and successful sale of my parents' home. I've purchased 7 homes and sold 5 (now 6) in my life and I've truly never had the pleasure of more support from a realtor - She's The Best! I live halfway across the country and simply couldn't be there for everything necessary to sell this home, but Jennifer was there for us proactively, every step of the way. My parents owned the home for 50 years, raised 3 children there, and built a life full of love and friendships in this home, and after so much life-well-lived, there was much to be done to prepare the home for sale. Jennifer helped us find the best services, shepherded them through expeditious and beautiful results, and she personally went to the town clerk and fire department on our behalf for the appropriate forms and certificates. She really went above and beyond to keep us on track and we sold the home at FULL asking price in just 67 days from listing to final sale with a check in my Dad's bank account to fund the next phase of his life. Unbelievable! We're so grateful!

We hired Jennifer to sell a condominium in March 2023. From the start and throughout the process she was very responsive, always timely with information, knowledgeable about the market and answered all of my questions. Also worked seemlessly with the buyers agent and my attorney. Ill hire her again for my next sale and highly recommend her services.

Jennifer helped us sell our property this year and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. She was helpful, flexible around our schedule, very knowledgeable and responsive whenever we contacted her. Most importantly Jennifer and her team are very good at their jobs, the level of care and detail they put into every aspect of the process from carefully staging the house for photos, managing two very hectic open days to taking the time to lay out the multiple offers we received so we could easily review and decide which to take. Throughout the process we felt that we were in incredibly good hands which is really important when doing something as big as selling your family home.
