    I ordered online for in-store pickup on 6/20. It said online that it was delivered to the store on 6/26, but to wait until contacted when it was ready for pickup. After not being contacted, I tried calling on 7/1, and no one picked up, so I sent a message online with no response. I sent another message on 7/5, still no response. I called today, and the person said that it wasn't in the store and to call the online number, so I did. The rep checked, said that it was indeed signed for and should be there, and called the store. She then said I had to call the store back later when the manager was there. I called back, and the same guy I talked to earlier said yes, it was indeed there because he knew the person who signed for it. I asked why he said it wasn't there earlier, and he said "hold on" and went away for 10 minutes, which then put me to some automated voice asking for my party's extension. I had to call back again, and a different person answered. I was placed on hold, and the same thing happened. After they were too busy, I canceled the order on the 5th call, which they were able to do quite quickly and easily. Going to Home Depot.
