This is the 3rd house I have sold, and hands down, David Hill was the best of the agents I've used for those sales (and although I don't have a direct comparison- I have no doubt that he would be superb as the realtor to use if you are buying a home.) Some things of note (1) David explained every potential sales option for me and provided me with the pros and cons of each option to discuss based on my needs (which he listened to very carefully; (2) his suggested options clearly indicated a deep knowledge of the home buying and selling market, not just information based simply on the prices of similar houses in the area; (2) he checked in with me on a regular basis when he had new information about options and changes in the market (and right now- although it remains a sellers market, change is happening fast as interest rates go up); (3) his description of my house on the realty site was so good, I almost wanted to buy my house again; and (4) when offers came in, he provided excellent advice about expectations, and potential directions I could go; (5) he assessed the bids coming in and did everything he could to get me either my ask price or higher if it seemed possible. The entire process was quick, efficient, and easy, which is exactly what we all need when surrounded by all the stress of making a big relocation. The only mistake you can make in finding a realtor is NOT hiring David Hill.

Our house was proving difficult to sell, and we had been on market for over 6 months (and many failed deals) with a different real estate firm and ended up connecting with David, Karyn and the eXp team just as the market was starting to shift against us.
eXp got our property under contract in about a month, and the deal ended up closing on time.
The team was easy to work with and took care of everything. We lived out of state the entire time, and never had to worry about a thing.
Pricing was pretty much aligned with industry norms, not necessarily the lowest cost option on paper, but dont forget to account for on market costs and/or headaches that may come from working with a lower cost firm. That can add up quickly.

David did a great job selling my condo. He had a good pandemic plan and was able to sell a unit that would be difficult to sell even in normal conditions. Definitely recommend.

Working with David has been such a pleasure. Our selling and buying experience was, like most, very stressful for us but David was there every step of the way to take care of everything that needed to be done. He was available day and night for calls and texts to answer any and all questions we had. Selling during COVID was challenging from scheduling open houses, signing paperwork and having meetings but David did an amazing job. He is a wiz with electronic signing and paperwork that made the process much quicker and easier. He was able to secure 6 very strong offers on our home including a cash offer that were all far above asking price. I will definitely do business with David again. Also, if you have a chance to work with his wife, Vee, to buy or sell jump on it. She is the best!
