        outstanding company, been using them for years now, first had them install a 10 zone system and then just last week had them put in another 4 zones, Outstanding service and truly know what they are doing when it comes to sprinkler systems unlike other installers who just through together whatever and call it a day.

        Mike and his team are 6/5 stars. I have had them out to open, close and alter my irrigation system. I highly recommend them.

        Terrible. Left the yard a disaster. Put most of the sprinkler heads in the shade not where they are needed.. I have constant leaks from day 1. Cannot use the sprinkler system as water just pours out of the equipment they installed on the front of my house. Company refuses to service what they installed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

        I called them a few weeks ago after searching for a new company and having trouble getting anyone to even call me back, nevermind schedule me. The woman in the office was beyond helpful, up front with how they would schedule me, and she was very organized. Christian came out weeks later and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done. I was very impressed with my initial experience and I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.

        Installed an irrigation system in half of our yard. The install went fine but no explanation on how to use the system that was installed and left a hose protruding from the ground in one area. Wanted to have them do the other half but they refused to do the number of heads we wanted when we asked for less than what was quoted. Never came back to bury the exposed hose. Edit: although they did mention they would come back to try to address exposed hose, no effort to do so was ever put forth. Concerning the number of sprinkler heads, Im glad that we have them in areas that get so much shade we dont even need to water. Customer feedback should be valued and not make assumptions that you know the customers property better than they do. Another company came and installed the number of heads we requested, and we have plenty of coverage.

      We value your feedback and certainly strive for 100% satisfaction. After the initial install was completed, programming the Hydrawise Controller is done thru an App on your phone. Not having access to your phone upon completion, we were unable to do so. As for refusing to install the number of heads requested, this would be below our company standards for an efficient Irrigation system with proper coverage. I mentioned I would return to bury the pipe; however not sure we would be successful as the yard had lots of ledge/large boulders. We are sorry you were not satisfied with our services.
