        Been with them for 14 years and treated like just another customer when I raised concerns over atm fees. Very rude and abrupt customer service and constantly talking over me when explaining concerns. Finding a new bank unfortunately.

        $30 over draft fees should be criminal in my opinion. like oh gee sorry the bank i didnt realize you were struggling financially and needed the $, i know this economy is tough. unreal

        The music issue was fixed and Im glad for that. Honestly the people who work here are fabulous! Im glad I have accounts here. BUT there are several spelling errors on the ATM, haha, how embarrassing.

        The absolute worst banking website I've ever used. Have the developers actually tried to use the external transfer link at all??? 10 years behind the times with other banks and credit card companies...
