Curves

I have been a member of Curves since June 2014. I had a great coach at 6 am Mon, Tues, Wed. I had great success. I went down 4 clothing sizes and felt great. I took a spin class somewhere else in Millbury and one of the things we had to do at the end was lift our legs, one at a time, up onto the handle bar of the bike. I never thought I would be able to do it. But thanks to Curves and much to my surprise, I swung my leg up there and felt amazed by doing it. I have seen fabulous results with other members as well. The Jillian Michaels workout, along with the circuit is a great work out. I am over 60 and the people I see early in the morning are about the same age. It is a great program for older women. Probably not challenging enough for the younger set.
