I understand when times are busy but this company is so unprofessional. Their van doesn't have the correct number. I left several messages and no response. I called the number online and finally someone called me back. I asked them to come out for an estimate for several plumbing issues i have. I even sent them pictures so they could assess from there without coming. I was told he would call me right back. Fast forward 10 days no call. This is not tye kind of business i want working on my house if they can't even do what they say they will. Imagine the work.. yikes!

I was in the middle of replacing my oil burner. 3 days with no heat or hot water. Both the plumber and electrician tell me to pick up a Taco 6 zone relay for the oil burner. I called Pintos and talked to one of the employees explained what I needed and what it was for. He tells me the part I want and the part number and to come down the next day for it. So I went in and bought it next day, well it was the wrong thing so I spent Saturday morning driving around looking for a place that sells the correct equipment and luckily found it. I just tried to return the relay and the ow we first said no and blamed me, the plumber and electrician for his employees mistake. He took it back but charged me $50 return fee after continuing to berate me. Never again with this place and his employees need some serious training!
