    The most terrible unpleasant and arrogant experience ever! Ms. Kellen has to be fired. Period! The rudest, the most piggish obnoxious and I'll mannered person I have ever met! An absolute PIG! I cancelled her at once. I have never seen or read anything like it. Her email had no common courtesy no respect no.professionalism whatsoever! An absolute pig! Rare example of an absolute clueless and useless customer service. Outrageous!

    Very interesting & well done training. Elizabeth really knows her stuff & is very open to questions. Some of the training materials might be better organized, as I find myself flipping back and forth. On the other hand, being like a spiderweb, I'm not sure how I would do it.

    I went to see a shine representative in Brockton,MA. I was very disappointed. First I waited a half an hour after my appt time. That would have been fine if she gave me equal time. She had an appointment she had to leave for. She didn't go over different plans. She just said this is the one I want. She couldn't enroll me because it was the end of September. I would have to pay for October even though I didn't want to start till November. I enrolled myself tonight and found out I could of signed up for November in September. I'm sure she knew this. She was very rude and condescending. She acted like I was imposing.
