Unfortunately, we cannot issue replacements if we cannot locate your order or know the tile you ordered. Please email the pictures and invoice number to [email protected] so we can locate your order and begin issuing replacement pieces

As the Owner of Milford Tile, I am blown away by this "review". This customer entered our store asking for a couple of marble thresholds. I worked with this customer personally and showed her the 4 different colors of thresholds we offer. Once she selected her color, I took her to our warehouse where she could personally view each piece and see the different variations within each piece. Marble is a natural stone and can vary significantly within each color, so it is important to see each piece. She selected 2 thresholds and then paid for the material and took them home. On a small sale of $35, we took the time so the customer could view our selection, personally pick which pieces she wanted, and finally make her purchase. Honestly, if she “didn’t get a lot of help”, or had additional questions, she never presented them to me. Unfortunately, I am not sure what else I could have done further for this customer.With regards to our showroom being a “small place”, again, I am blown away. Our new facility is over 7,000 sq ft and we stock over 50,000 sq ft of floor and wall tile in over 90 styles. Plus, we have over 1,000 different special order floor and wall tile and over 400 different marble and glass mosaics. In addition, we stock over 200 thresholds in 4 colors and 2 sizes, 4 types of thinsets, 35 different colors of grouts, waterproofing, and more. Most of our contractors have complimented us on the size of our space and the in stock selection we have. But, unfortunately, if this customer feels the selection is not sufficient for a “small place”, I am not sure what else I could have done to satisfy this customer.
