They took the money but didn't do anything, they were rude when trying to figure it out.

I have nothing but great things to say about children and family dental. The staff have such a great bed side manner, they always explain to both of my girls what they are going to do and it helps reassure them not to be afraid. The staff were absolutely amazing with both of my kids who are 10 and 3. They both love going to the dentist, in fact they are very excited to go. Very pleased with how appointments go at children and family dental. I would recommend to anyone with kids that this is the place to go if you want your children to have a positive experience.

One of the most unorganized and unprofessional places. They charged me for a filling in November 2023 and refused to refund me stating my insurance hadnt paid them yet. Turns out they billed my insurance twice. Also they are know to tell you about needing a procedure but then will call you and cancelled your appointment. Every time I go for an appointment there is always a different dentist as well.

I went to have an Emergency extraction of my wisdom tooth. The doctor was incredibly kind, an d gentle. I recommend them if anyone needs an Oral surgeon.. at this practice they have traveling surgeons, and they are the best!
