We are deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with the service we received from you, particularly in the handling of our recent tax returns when we surprisingly found out you had not extended them. As long-standing customers, youve always extended our tax return deadlines, but singling out this year and not doing it, was very disappointing. Your excuse was that you have many customers and you dont follow up with every customer... In other words we can easily be replaced and we dont matter. And this is only one aspect of the bad service. We usually find out of the monies owed at very last minute and we have to come up with huge sums of money at few days' notice. We have entrusted in your service of timely filing of our tax returns (and we pay high fees for that!), however your failure to extend the deadline and poor communication has resulted in severe consequences, including huge penalties and interest payments that could have easily been avoided. This is nowhere near professionalism. Needless to say, we will no longer stay as customers with you.
