        I had a great experience working with Erik. Erik really went the extra mile by advocating for me and recommending the right mortgage product for my situation. I was putting down less than 20% as a first time home buyer and an FHA loan was the logical option. However, Erik shared some options from Mass Housing, which offered better terms than FHA. It required more upfront work on Erik's behalf, but it was clearly the better choice for me. Erik kept me in the loop on all communications with Mass Housing and he clearly explained why I needed to provide certain documents and forms for Mass Housing's due diligence. Erik was a clear communicator who simplified the complexities of mortgages. For any of my future mortgage needs, there's no doubt that Erik will get my business.
