        Had an absolutely phenomenal massage from Phil at Elements Middleton a few weeks ago. I got a 60 minute basic massage with heavy pressure and Phil did an excellent massage. He was very professional, explained what he would be doing, asked which areas he wanted me to primarily focus on, and gave the massage with the perfect amount of pressure to relieve all of my tightness, knots and aches. Ive already scheduled my next visit and would highly recommend Elements Middleton for a great massage.

        I have been going here for years. Their online appointment form is so convenient for finding last-minute openings. Anyone familiar with deep tissue massage knows you dont want it to be pleasant, you want it to be effective. I dont go there to relax, I go for recovery. Tim and Maurice are exceptional at this. I had chronic lower back pain for years, and then when I saw Tim, he knew right away that it wasnt my lower back, but my tight upper glutes as the source. Finally felt relief in my back. I recently saw Maurice for severe neck and shoulder pain, and through his expertise in trigger point therapy, was able to release those muscle knots so I can now turn my head without pain. I highly recommend these two therapists for anyone suffering and who want noticeable results.
